A changed life

In my quest to be all that God created me to be, I have constantly pursued the Truth. I continue to have an insatiable desire to see the Kingdom of God manifest in my heart as I believe God intended it to. A number of years ago, I came across the book "The Master's Indwelling", written by Andrew Murray (which can now be downloaded from Kindle for free), that has simply changed my understanding, and through the Holy Spirit's guidance, enabled me to come to a place of decision.

Friends, we cannot claim to be part of the Kingdom of God, if the kingdom is not evident in us. We cannot claim to be one with Christ, if He is not revealed in and through us. Surely, a kingdom is representative of the King and if we are part of the Kingdom of God, then as His ambassadors, we are supposed to be a reflection, a mirror image of the King.

Modernism has crept into the Church and Christianity has in many ways taken on the shape and form of the world system. In most instances, we look like, act like and talk like the world does and somehow, we still claim to be part of the Kingdom of God. We cannot be divided and the Church, as the Bride of Christ, cannot conform to the standards of another without compromising the relationship with the Kingdom that we represent.

I have empathy with Jeremiah's complaint where he says Jer 20:9 But if I say, “I will not mention his word or speak anymore in his name,” his word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed I cannot". I too cannot keep quiet and as his prophet, the mouthpiece of God, I am compelled to share the word that is locked up on the inside of me despite what people think or say. God is calling His Church to order in this time and while many are saying "peace, peace", I am seeing something completely different.

I see a godly revolution, a manifestation of the kingdom of God here on this earth, the likes of which we have never seen before. An imminent visitation of glory, a transformation taking place in the hearts of men that will cause the Kingdom of God to come and manifest in these earthen vessels as it is in heaven. I see a church, a bride, the true church prepared and raised up, creating a great divide, an expanse between between the religious institution and the remnant of the Lord. I see a separation coming, a time where the Truth will be revealed and all that is false will be exposed and brought to ruin. I see a time where the glory of God will be demonstrated in such forceful and powerful way that the earth and all in it will tremble at the sight of the Eternal, Almighty and Everlasting God. With all the glory that has been given to His majesty and Jesus, our King standing in all victory for all to see and with Him, His glorious Church will be caught up with Him in glory.

Jesus is not coming for a weak, earthly and self-centered bride, For His Bride will be worthy of Him and shall bring honor to the One who alone is God. Friend, the Bride I am talking about, is not the lowly image we have become accustomed to today. An image of men who draw attention to themselves. With a label on their garments, they think they represent the Kingdom of God, but in the end, we will hear Jesus say, "I do not know you", for the label they wear has become tarnished by the favor they seek and they would have received their reward. I am talking about the super-leaders we run after, or the super-preacher who is filled with pride, men who we think are the heros of the day. We call them and give them all sorts of names and we think, if we feel this way about them, then surely God must. But a time is coming and now is when the Spirit of God will cause the destruction of prideful hearts, and will bring their man-made images down and expose the enemy for who he truly is.

Remnant, Bride of Christ, we are encouraged to seek the Kingdom of God, to pursue the King and to do so by surrendering your hearts and everything else we have until we become the possessor and owner of the field. Nothing short of this will be acceptable in the great and awesome day of the Lord.

Our love for our Father
