A little of this and that

The season has change

The season has definitely changed and the early winter rains have come in full force. Cape Town is grey and wet at the moment, something I personally am grateful for. We had a real hot, windy summer and although it was necessary, I cannot help but be honest and say I really do not do hot and windy well. We also had a huge amount of fires, which is normal for this time of the year, but it is always sad to see the fynbos get burnt like it does. In Kleinmond,  a fireman also lost his life, although not by the fires that were raging in the area. Either way, not a nice thing to hear about when it does.

Ministry progress

The Lord continues to work in our lives and we are grateful for the attention we get directly from the throne room of grace. Personally, our heavenly Father continues to align us with His perfect plan and Andi and I are excited about our future in Christ. Things have been progressing quiet slowly and sometimes we feel as if we are left out of the loop altogether, but we truly do take note of the fact that the Lord is in control and we encourage others going through the same process as we are to remain faithful and to continue ministering to the Lord. In the quieter times, it is easy to get side tracked, but I have seen God move us to the fore-front and then bring us back over and over again and in these times, one has to learn to be still and patient in His presence. What a privilege to be able to serve Jesus in this manner.

Financial support

Over the years, Andi and I have tried our best not to make our ministry about money and believe me when I say it, this is not an easy thing to do. I have found, when you talk about money, people seem to get offended and when you do not talk about money, there is no support. But we can testify that even in all this, God has remained absolutely faithful and we have seen Him bless us beyond what we ever thought was possible. Currently, we only have one family making a contribution to our ministry on a monthly basis and we have another family who sows into our lives on a regular basis and again, we cannot thank the Lord enough for these two precious families, because, if it were not for their faithfulness, I sometimes wonder what would have happened. If you feel led to support us in this way, you can either purchase one of my paintings and the funds will be donated to the ministry or you can go to our contact page and obtain our banking details and use this when making a deposit. Our heart remains to be a blessing to those we are sent to and your help will make this possible.

We love you and pray that God bless you

Ministry Bio

Mark Labuschagne At the age of 12, God called Mark to ministry and for the last 44-years his desire to stay true to this calling remains his passion. It was in the desert place, the road less traveled that God gave Mark a prophetic voice and sent him to the nations. In his 30 years of ministry, Mark has traveled to 60 countries and has seen the hand of God move in amazing ways in the hearts and lives of those he was sent to. He has a special love for the USA, a nation that he has visited and traveled extensively for over some 20 years. He currently lives between South Africa and Botswana and is an accomplished pianist, a sort after speaker, a respected preacher and seasoned prophet who desires to see the Kingdom of God established in the hearts of people across the earth. Married to Andi, they have two children, Carey 30, now married to Matthew and Ryan 28, engaged to Chantal, with Arabella their first grand baby and a cat named Tiga...
