Listening for a specific sound
Posted by Mark Labuschagne on Sunday, December 8, 2013
As I travel across the nations, I get an opportunity to meet so many different people and to hear their hearts. I always enjoy the interaction and soon one is able to discern the heart of those you get to listen to. My motive in this interaction is to look for and identify the sound of God's heart beating in those I come into contact with for I am only influenced by this sound and therefore eagerly seek it out.
I consider it important to identify with like-minded, spirit-filled men and women, people who influence my heart through their lifestyles. We all know that words are only valued if they are backed up by action. To say one thing and to do it is two different things altogether and so, not only do I listen, but I also watch and it is here where one can discern the heart of those we come in contact with.
I continue to maintain that out of our relationship with Christ, we soon begin to reflect His nature and that everything we are, points to this fact. Christ in us the hope of glory! We are
this day not only to seek out and interact with those who influence us, but more than this, to ensure that our lifestyles, reflects the nature of Christ and that we influence the hearts and lives of those around us.

Every Place On Which I Feet Tread, Our Father Has Given To Us
We are a vessel set apart, cleansed, emptied, consecrated; just standing, waiting every moment for God, in Christ, by the Holy Spirit, to work out in us as much of the holiness and the life of His Son as pleases Him We worship Him only!
At the age of 12, God called Mark to ministry and for the last 44-years his desire to stay true to this calling remains his passion. It was in the desert place, the road less traveled that God gave Mark a prophetic voice and sent him to the nations. In his 30 years of ministry, Mark has traveled to 60 countries and has seen the hand of God move in amazing ways in the hearts and lives of those he was sent to. He has a special love for the USA, a nation that he has visited and traveled extensively for over some 20 years. He currently lives between South Africa and Botswana and is an accomplished pianist, a sort after speaker, a respected preacher and seasoned prophet who desires to see the Kingdom of God established in the hearts of people across the earth. Married to Andi, they have two children, Carey 30, now married to Matthew and Ryan 28, engaged to Chantal, with Arabella their first grand baby and a cat named Tiga...
