Prayer House

I really sensed in my heart that we need to see places of prayer set up in the marketplace and felt led to start the Prayer House initiative in our city. There are many Christian business people who would love to be able to have some prayer time and we know this will be a wonderful opportunity to share the Good News with people in the marketplace.

It is for this reason that we have asked potential Christian business leaders to contact us if they would like to have a Prayer House established in their places of work. We have to keep in line with growing trends around the world and be actively involved in every area that we are able to assist as prayer is an essential part of every spirit-filled believers life.

We are currently only able to assist in Cape Town, but in time to come, we are believing that the Lord will help us to send people further afield and as we train Prayer House Leaders, we are sure that we will see business people from across our city praying with their employees, seeking the heart of God together. What an awesome environment to work in. Mark will be hosting a number of these himself as the Lord opens doors and we really look forward to the prophetic word and the prayer of the righteous touching the heart of the Father.

A typical Prayer House will have:
  • Cooperate prayer meetings
  • Group and personal ministry
  • Spiritual guidance
  • Intercession for specific needs
And so we invite business leaders from all over our city to open their doors and establish a Prayer House in the workplace. To do so, simply send an email to and or complete the form which can be found on the contact page telling us that you would like to have a Prayer House set up in your place of work and we will gladly send you information about how you can go about doing so.

We plan to identify a leader in every working environment that has a Prayer House and train them to lead people in prayer. This way we hope to have people praying across our city trusting God for great things in their lives, their business and the marketplace.

We will be hosting a business Prayer House seminar in May and kindly ask you to watch this space for further details. At this meeting, the Prayer House mandate will be discussed in detail and Christian business leaders will be encouraged to get involved.

Our love for our Father

Mark Labuschagne We are a vessel set apart, cleansed, emptied, consecrated; just standing, waiting every moment for God, in Christ, by the Holy Spirit, to work out in us as much of the holiness and the life of His Son as pleases Him We worship Him only!
